Tensioning System

This system is an easy way to tighten the canvas. If the canvas is fairly tight but you'd like it drum tight, this is ideal. For canvases that are very loose, it will be more effective to remove staples and tighten.

 

Polyester Backing Fabric

We offer a non-stretch, waterproof fabric that is stretched underneath the canvas, allowing for a very stable and firm surface. This lightweight option is a great alternative to heavy panels for printmakers and other techniques that require extra firm surfaces.
